SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3PM ET will be processed on the following day. Most in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time in which the order was placed. 

We ship in all EU country and Worlwide.

We are based in the EU so for countries outside the EU, import taxes can apply depending on your country legislation.

If somehow your country is not listed in the checkout process please write us a email at hello@wakehub.eu  specify which products you would like and we will manually check  if we can ship in your country.

Order tracking information will be e-mailed to you after your order is placed and your payment is processed. It can take 48 hours in some instances to track your order. You can also view your tracking information within your rider profile.

Orders over $599 are shipped free to any Europe destination otherwise European shippings have different rates  available at check-out. Orders placed to a Romanian destination have a flat delivery rate of 7 euros per shipment.

We usually ship via DPD courier, but in some cases we work with DHL, UPS, GLS and other major couriers or EMS Postal Service for the rest of the world.

Please be advised that ownership of the goods remains with WakeHub until you take possession of the items.

Please be advised that if you are not at the selected delivery location during the delivery window, then you give us the courier permission to leave the goods in a safe place or with a neighbor. This will be interpreted as the parcel having being delivered to you. Unless you specifically say that you're not happy with that arrangement.

To inform us that your are not happy with your items being left in a safe place or with a neighbor please contact us using the contact form and we will be happy to pass on detailed delivery instructions to our courier.

If any parcel arrives damaged or missing items please contact our customer service department who will be able to help in logging a claim against the courier on your behalf.

WakeHub strongly advises you to contact us regarding your warranty questions or returning the products.

RETURNS

We have a 30 days return policy for whatever reason. You can request a return or exchange by contacting us at anytime. We’ll authorize and send you a shipping label to have it picked up. If you are requesting a return for a warranty or product defect please follow our warranty guidelines

Be aware that products must be returned as received with the original undamaged package and that the initial shipping fee for the package is not refundable.

The shipping fees for returns or exchanges will be paid by customer (including the customes fees, VAT). If WakeHub made a mistake (eg: send a wrong size/product/deteriorated etc, the shipping will be paid by WakeHub.

WakeHub is an online shop owned by CABLE WAKE SRL (VAT ID 42783781), operating under Romanian Law. All the disputes will be solved under Romanian Law.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are usually for the following season products that are yet to arrive, the product shown on our website are all-ready ordered from the brands that we sell and on their way to our warehouse, they will be shipped as soon as we get them. Pre-orders are payed 100% in advance and guarantees that a certain product is reserved for you.
